Small Group Training

In addition to our PT clinic, Body Worx offers small group training classes to help our clients optimize their potential and stay healthy for the long haul. Our classes incorporate a variety of training methods including strength training, metabolic conditioning, core, stretching, and functional movement. What sets us apart from other gyms is that our programming & classes are overseen by Doctors of Physical Therapy & Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists to offer safe & effective training for all ages and fitness levels. Dealing with an injury or season of life that has you out of your normal fitness routine (i.e. pregnancy, postpartum, just had surgery, etc…)? No worries! Our coaches are able to provide on-the-spot modifications to work around injuries and/or pre-existing health conditions so you can continue to stay active & healthy without having to sideline yourself!

Our classes average 3-5 people per class, so everyone can get the attention they deserve and not feel lost in the crowd. We like to describe small group training as “big enough to be fun, small enough to bring quality.” That's the beauty of small group training!

  • Monday: 12:00 pm, 5:15 pm

  • Tuesday: 5:15 am, 12:00 pm, 5:15 pm

  • Wednesday: 5:15 am, 12:00 pm, 5:15 pm

  • Thursday: 5:15 am, 12:00 pm, 5:15 pm

  • Friday: Open Gym 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Cost:

  • Monthly Unlimited Small Group Training Classes: $125

  • 10 Class Punch Card: $100 (expires after 3 months from date of purchase)

  • Single Visit Drop-In: $15/class

    • No contracts or hidden fees
    • 10% discount for active military and students
